Our company had a website that was initially developed by a beginner and consequently was not well positioned for being located in a web search. I consulted with Doug and he offered a wealth of information regarding why the site was suboptimal, provided data driven answers and laid out recommendations on a suitable path forward. He migrated our website to a more user-friendly and capable WordPress platform. While doing so, he once again offered up many beneficial recommendations that were ultimately adopted as part of our site functionality. It became immediately evident in this migration process that Doug was very knowledgable and highly proficient in the web design space. Additionally, communications were very prompt throughout the process. He finished the scope of work he laid out in a surprisingly expeditious manner. In fact, I became the rate limiting factor in the process. The scope of work performed was completed for exactly what Doug quoted and I would consider the quality to be excellent. I am very pleased with the product we ended up with and the prospect of having Doug as a resource in the future to support our site.
